Where has the time gone?

I can't believe that its been over 2 months since i blogged last. A lot has happened in those 2 months. Just to name a few Micah had his last day of 'school'(parents day out.) My sister Katelyn graduated from high school and is spending the summer here with us. We celebrated Father's Day with the Satvedi family. The kids had a great time playing together in the yard. Josiah has grown so much and almost weighs 10 lbs. And we had baby ducks hatch in our yard. I know that was a lot all at once so, here are a few pictures.

Ms. Kelly had to velcro Micah's shoes
When Micah turned 2 i enrolled him in a parents day out program once a week from 8:30 until 1. At first he didn't want to go and missed mommy and daddy all day. Near the end he loved it and couldn't get enough. For the last day the parents were invited to a sneak peek at their day. Allwyn and i went to watch our big boy sing with his classmates, after they had an ice cream party. Micah will be returning to Celebrations parents day out in the fall 2 days a week.

Katie was so excited to open her new purple dell

My sister Katelyn graduated from Novi High the first weekend in June, we're so proud of her. We are blessed to have her staying here with us this summer. Micah loves having here. Every morning he wakes and wants to know where Katie is. He thinks she is here just for him. Michelle, and my family wanted to show her just how proud we are of her so as a graduation gift we got her a new laptop for college. These are the pictures of her opening her present.

Micah painted Daddy a picture

For Father's Day we had Allwyn's family over. It was a beautiful day of fun with family. We enjoyed a BBQ, a game of soccer and lots of water fun. The cousins had lots of fun!

We took Josiah for his 2 month appointment a couple weeks ago and he weighed 9lb 10oz. I can't believe how big my baby boy is. Here are a couple pictures of my guy around the house.

Story time before bed
Josiah was holding on for dear life
Josiah looks scared that his BIG brother is holding him, Micah loves him so much!

Two weeks ago we were enjoying an evening on the patio when Katie heard something in the bushes. I told Allwyn to check it out. He hit the bush with an umbrella. We then got a flashlight a realized it was a duck and she was in the bush sitting on her eggs. Allwyn counted 10 in total. Only 3 days later when i was cooking dinner i went to let Rubix out and i saw mama duck leading 7 of her ducklings out of the bushes. It seems the fan scared them. She and 6 of her babies walked around the yard while one couldn't keep up and sat under my table. Awhile later she returned and helped her other little guy to the best. The next morning mama and the babies were gone. I looked like all 10 hatched and headed to some water. Here are a few of the pictures i got that afternoon.

Just a few of my favorite pictures of my Micah
