Happy Thanksgiving!
We had an amazing time spending time with family today. Allwyn and i hosted Thanksgiving this year in our home. We spent the morning cooking and preparing for our guest. Here are some pictures from our day.
There was so much food. Turkey, cheesy potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans and almonds, stuffing, baked apples and rolls. Not to forget all the pie!

My babies Sick :(
On a sad note My sweet Josiah has been sick. It started last week and i thought he was getting better but yesterday his cold took a turn for the worse not better. It's so hard to see my sweet joyful boy just not himself. He took a great nap today so I'm hopeful that he'll sleep well tonight and be feeling a little better tomorrow.
Another project
Micah and daddy have been working on making a second row of hooks just low enough for Micah to hang his school bag and coat on in the laundry room. With the extra supplies Micah made a project of his very own (with a little help from daddy). Here are some pictures of the work in progress, the finished product is already hanging in Micah's closet and well he's asleep so pictures will have to wait but it turned out so cute.
Daddy added hooks and it's a beautiful row of hooks that hangs in Micah's closet for things like belts.

Family Craft Night
Micah's favorite thing to do at school is make 'projects'. I decided that we would have a family night at least once a month. This months theme Turkeys. They turned out so cute!
Step 1: Collect your supplies and go on a pine cone hunt
Step 2: Make hand prints on construction paper or card stock.
Step 3: Decorate with feathers
Step 4: Cut out prints and feathers (you can flip flop 3 and 4 if you want)
Step 5: Hot glue the hand prints and feathers to the back of a pine cone.

Play Time
This is what happens when Daddy and Micah play together...
When i asked what happened Micah told me that they built a zoo and then all the animals needed a pool. So, he found every pool like container and he put his animals in them. While the boys moved to the front toy room i quickly cleaned and found another mess in the toy room. What happened to cleaning up one toy to take out another. Daddy has a hard time saying NO.
